I believe in, and partner with, the Word of God and the Holy Spirit. I depend completely on the Holy Spirit; without Him and Jesus, I can do nothing, and I know that all too well! I have based my ministry and calling on the two scriptures below, among others.
Isaiah 61:1 NKJV
“The Spirit of the Lord GOD is upon me, because the LORD has anointed Me to preach good tidings to the poor; He has sent me to heal the broken-hearted, to proclaim liberty to the captives, and the opening of the prison to those who are bound”
“Heal the sick, raise the dead, cure those with leprosy, and cast out demons. Give as freely as you have received!”
This is our
Calling
I’ve received a number of prophetic words and have had confirmation, along with testimonies, that have encouraged me to run after the Kingdom of God. These prophecies have indicated that I would be moving in the gifts of the Spirit and would have a healing ministry that would see many healed with great miracles that followed.
I have a heart for, and am compassionate towards, the sick. I also have a righteous anger to sickness and the forces of darkness that prohibit and restrict people from walking in their God given identity and the life that Jesus has paid for through His blood.
The likes of Todd White and other well-known evangelists have given me great revelation and impartation.

Who We Are
Hi, I’m Andrew Marshall – a man running after Gods heart and founder of Jesus IS Willing. I love Jesus Christ with all my heart, mind and soul. It’s my desire and passion to see the Kingdom of God invade Earth and people’s lives through the Power of the Holy Spirit, especially with the gift of Healing, Words of Knowledge and Miracles.
Born with Muscular Myopathy, I was a floppy baby, and couldn’t breast feed or lift myself up. Doctors had not given my parents much hope for my future. One day, my faith-filled grandmother was watching over me and reading a book on healing; she decided to activate and apply what she was reading. She laid her hands on me and prayed a simple prayer of faith. Moments later – after she had gotten up and returned to the room – I had managed to roll over and lift my head to look at her; a miracle had taken place and now there was hope!
I’ve been set free from many addictions: among them a dependency on alcohol to help me with low self- esteem, lack of confidence and poor self- image. When I was 28 my mother was diagnosed with stage 4 brain cancer. At this stage my life was already shaken: a broken relationship, a new born baby, and I was living in Northern Ireland (after originally growing up in South Africa). When I got back to South Africa to see my mother, I recommitted my life to the Lord, willing to apply the word of God into my life and to follow Jesus.
This was in 2013, and since then I’ve seen the power of God move in and through me – healing people, with some amazing miracles. The Holy Spirit is not restricted or limited by anything. I have seen people experience the Power of the Holy Spirit at work through video calls where they have received healing and deliverance.
I am PASSIONATE about the Kingdom of God, and seeing people healed. My firm belief is that Jesus commanded us to heal the sick. Not merely pray for them, but heal them.

This is
Where We Are
Having been born and bred in South Africa, I moved to Ireland when I was 25, where I lived for 13 years.
For the past 10 years I have been passionate about the Kingdom of God invading Earth, seeing people encounter the love and power of Jesus Christ through the gift of healing.
At the start of 2020 and the pandemic, my world changed, sure all our lives did, as a result I wasn’t able to go out and lay hands on the sick and pray for them.
This is when ‘Jesus Is Willing’ was launched, a platform using zoom calls to offer online healing and prophetic prayer ministry.
This opened the world up to me, and I started making global connections. In 2021, through prayer and prophetic words, I stepped out and decided to head to the USA. From there I planned to go on to Canada. Because of the pandemic, I had to quarantine in a green zone country outside of Europe for at least 14 days before I could enter the USA. For me this country happened to be Mexico.
I landed in Mexico City in August of 2021, and was there for 2 weeks. I purposefully intended to connect with a church and go out and look for people to pray for within in these 2 weeks. God did incredible things in this short window of time.
I knew I would be coming back to Mexico at some point, I just didn’t know when or how as my plans were to go to the USA for 3 months and then on to Canada. Well, those plans didn’t work out, I couldn’t go to Canada and I couldn’t stay in the USA.
I knew I wasn’t going to go back to Ireland, so I contacted the pastor I connected with while I was in Mexico, and asked if I could take him up on the offer of staying with him for a few weeks. He said no problem. I then went back to Mexico City where I had the opportunity to preach and pray for people in his church as well as a sister church.
I then called on a connection I had made from a city called Monterrey, Mexico, where she is the pastor of a church. She came to Mexico City to meet friends, and was also able to translate for me. After the extended two weeks, I was going to try to go back to the USA, but due to the pandemic the USA introduced new restrictions for entry, which shut that door for me. I ended up going back to Monterrey with my friend.
My friend was key for me in Monterrey, where I made some great connections, and doors were opened to preach and pray in a church and rehab centres. We saw God do incredible miracles in the rehab centres, people were delivered from worshipping the Holy dead (here in Mexico, they celebrate death, there is a day where they have a parade to celebrate the dead – crazy!) Mexico is very open spiritually, there is an incredible amount of witchcraft and demonic activity which is seen as normal.
They are hungry and thirsty for the Gospel, and Jesus loves these people with a deep and passionate love, as He does all people, of course!
I have been in Mexico, Monterrey since December 2021. I am here on an Irish passport which allows me to be in the country for 180 days (or however long the customs officer feels like giving me). At this point, I can be here until October under my current arrangements.
I have felt in my heart and sensed God wants me around for a season, not sure on the longevity of that season but have received a few prophetic words from different trusted sources confirming my own sense, to get roots, and get established.
This has challenges, as I can’t work here on my current setup. My plan is to get a residency visa, which means I can live here and get all the practical things that allow for living (bank account, rent an apartment/room).
I have been considering getting work here in Mexico to allow me to stay here and become more independent. I have been praying and seeking God on this matter but never felt any peace about this option. I however still explored this option, only to find more obstacles and hurdles to get over (for instance, as a foreigner, you have to be offered a job by a company and they have do the paperwork and pay for the work permit, one company said they don’t do that).
It was around the same time that my friend Darrel reached out to me, asking about my current situation. I believe that was God’s way of confirming His desire for me to not work in the secular, but to continue doing His work and using the gift He has given me.
