This has been a theme on my heart as of late, and God keeps asking me, just as Jesus asked Peter 3 times; “Do you love me,” I hear Him asking me, “do you trust me?” The truth is, I am really growing in this area, trust has been something I have struggled with. I am the kind of person that throws himself all in, gives of himself completely, sometimes even loses himself in the process, and being really transparent, which seems to have been a blind spot for me, I have inadvertently, unknowingly, not intentionally putting these expectations on other people. I will say I have no expectations, but then the soul wounds God is working through with me, healing in me and walking through with me; I have these areas of being hurt in the past, of having unhealed hurt and pain. I have projected the very thing I didn’t want to project on to or put on the people that have been or come into my life – is expectations. This isn’t fair of me to put any kind of expectation on them let alone for me to live up to myself, other than to put on Him who has paid a price to heal and make me whole so that I can be like Him to the World around me.
Some of you have read and hear the word I believe God release through me was that of Romans 8:28 “28 And we know that in all things God works for the good of those who love him, who[a] have been called according to his purpose” through this passage, God revealed to me that this was going to a be a season of shifting, realigning, relocating, moving and removing relationships, jobs, businesses etc. That He was going to do a deep inner healing in the body, to heal and deliver, clean house, remove all the things in our souls that are not of Him or from Him. That are not doing u any good or helping us get to the destination He is wanting to get us to. It’s one thing releasing a word, hearing a word, and receiving a word, it’s a whole other story walking through the process of the word received, allowing the word to manifest in and through you and allow it to achieve what it was sent to do.

I was reminded of this season and almost remined of a saying I would often find myself saying to those I minister to, “whatever report you are given, just know it’s not the final verdict, it’s not the final say. Stand on Gods word, His word is your report, the finished work of Jesus on the cross, what Jesus was sent to do and accomplish is your report” Ok, I have added a bit more to that saying in typing this but it’s the gist of what I’d say to people. God has been revealing to me and giving me deeper revelation of His word. He has shown me that the issue is never the issue. We are constantly being deceived, led to believe one thing more than the other. I’m genuinely shocked at how often we get caught out with the same old tricks of the devil.
I am praying for you now, that as you have read this blog, that you would gain more understanding and revelation of what Jesus has done for you. That you would have more revelation of the battles you’re facing may be real and fear will use the situations to enhance your emotions to believe one thing rather than believe that it’s going to be ok. I pray that the words you release and speak out will be contrary to the ones that you are thinking, for example – thought: “Oh my gosh, this is not good, we have just been told that suppliers are on strike and we are not going to get our products so we can’t supply our customers”. An example of what you can say ” Ok, so the truckers are on strike, we have a demand on the goods needed for our customers, God knows the situation, He is aware of our circumstances, we will partner with God as He has the solution we need right now. Every thing we face we have the opportunity to put our trust in God. As we grow in knowing and understanding Him, we start to see that He truly does back His word with actions, manifesting Himself in and through us. Every situation is an opportunity for us to speak life, prophecy the opposite of what we are hearing, seeing and experiencing.
God takes great pleasure in us partnering with Heaven, bringing Heaven to Earth by being His mouth piece, His hands and feet. As we speak the opposite of fear, uncertainty and hopelessness we give Heaven the opportunity to manifest in our lives through faith. You see, one way or another, as we submit to God, if there are wounds in your soul, you can be assured that you will find yourself facing people, situations and circumstances that are going to call you to raise to the challenge of facing those soul wounds and allowing God to heal those areas. God wants us to trust Him with all our heart, in order for that t happen; He has to pull out everything that is in our “hearts” bring it to the surface so that we can deal with it, heal from it so that only He can be in those areas and space of our “heart”. It is painful, but the process is necessary for us to gain all that Jesus paid for us to receive.
What is God highlighting to you? Are you aware of the areas He is putting His finger on?
